Get to Know Dr. Jubiz
Dr Jubiz is the current Vice-Chairman of the ASRM Reproductive Immunology Special Interest Group (RISIG). Fellowship trained in Reproductive Medicine and Immunology at the world-renowned Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago.
Dr Jubiz is also a board-certified Ob/Gyn and a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American Society for Reproductive Immunology. As a Reproductive Immunologist Dr Jubiz is committed to help couples with recurrent pregnancy losses, unexplained infertility, recurrent in vitro fertilization – embryo transfer failures, history of second or third trimester pregnancy losses of unknown cause, and/or pregnancy with a previous history of autoimmune and/or alloimmune disease as well as organ transplantation during pregnancy.
Dr Jubiz also specializes in minimally invasive advanced laparoscopy and robotic surgery for management of reproductive surgeries such as on-site tubal reversals, operative hysteroscopies, polypectomies. He previously served as an assistant professor of OBGYN at the University of South Florida and an Assistant Professor of Advanced Medical Genetics at Pontificia Javeriana University. He served as an adjunct faculty member at the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine of Lincoln Memorial University. Dr. Jubiz completed his OB/GYN residency at Cornell University affiliated Lincoln Hospital in New York. He earned his master’s degree in medical genetics from Javeriana University in Colombia.
Dr. Jubiz also specialized in clinical biochemistry with a major in inborn errors of the metabolism before completing his PhD in molecular and human genetics at Howard University in Washington, DC. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Success Stories
I am a mom!!! I can’t believe I get to finally write my success story here!! After 5 early losses( 2 miscarriages under 7 weeks, 1 ectopic and 2 chemicals), I decided to reach out to Dr Jubiz in April 2024. Following Dr J’s protocol I was able to get pregnant naturally on my 3rd month green light at the age of 42. My pregnancy was overall pretty easy, with Dr J by my side! I will be forever grateful for him!! All visits are virtual via phone calls, I was lucky he accepted my insurance Cigna but most of the costs were labwork and ultrasounds. It was great to have a dr actually believe in my ability to get pregnant especially at my age and not just toss it up to bad eggs. He has a reason for this process so he can ensure you are fully ready to get pregnant and have a live birth, trust his process bc there is a reason! Thank you to Dr J for finally giving our family our miracle son!
After three miscarriages, including one at 17 weeks, I never really imagined we would have a living child. My routine recurrent miscarriage testing did not show anything significant, but I had a feeling that something deeper was going on. We were both only 23 years old and confused why we lost all our babies.
I reached out to Dr. Jubiz as a last resort since he is one of the only RIs who still takes remote patients. From the beginning, Dr. Jubiz explained everything with authority, kindness, and expertise. He discovered links between the problems I was having and presented an individualized protocol to address these issues. I finally felt validated that I wasn’t crazy—I was right! Something deeper was happening, and Dr. Jubiz found out exactly what it was genetically, immunologically, and hormonally!
We became pregnant on our “green light” after beginning his recommended protocol and I carried the pregnancy until 37 weeks when our precious baby boy was born. Dr. Jubiz valued the life of our child from the moment we got a positive test and treated the pregnancy as viable all the way through. He followed me weekly until we made it further than our latest loss, then biweekly after that and then every three weeks until 35 weeks. He was so encouraging the entire time, celebrating each milestone with us and telling us how cute our little one was on the ultrasound all while managing any concerns with professional and compassionate wisdom.
Dr. Jubiz is our answer to prayer. He is the reason our son is here, and we are so thankful to God for guiding us to such a caring and competent doctor.
Two things to be aware of: 1) Dr. Jubiz is confident in his protocol and does not tolerate anyone challenging it. This can be off-putting to some people but is important for the success of his method. 2) Not all insurances are accepted at this practice. I submitted claims after the fact and got about half returned to me thanks to the office diligently sending me my claim forms to submit, but we did have to front the cost of the visits. About 80% of bloodwork was covered by our insurance.
In conclusion, if you’re thinking about becoming a patient of Dr. Jubiz, do it! Take the leap and join dozens of us families who have our miracle “Jubiz babies” all because of this amazing practice.
I have always felt called and so excited to be a mother, but when we started trying to concieve, we were met with heartbreak and the loss of multiple pregnancies. The journey of recurrent pregnancy loss is so difficult for a young couple to walk down. The dream to have a family of your own can seem unreachable. I started researching and learned about Reproductive Immunology and how impactful this field of medicine can be for women like me who have underlying autoimmune issues. From the moment I contacted Dr. Jubiz’s office, I felt such a sense of hope and light that I had not previously felt on our difficult journey. Dr. Jubiz created a tailored treatment plan specifically for what my body was needing to maintain and carry a pregnancy successfully and followed me throughout my entire pregnancy. The level of care provided helped me navigate pregnancy with courage and hope and I refer to Dr. Jubiz as our angel. Our family will always thank God for what he has done in our lives to help us to grow our family. We recently welcomed our double rainbow baby and we are so thankful. I would not consider pursuing pregnancy again without Dr. Jubiz’s guidance and provision.
Holding our baby in arms today, and looking back over our nearly decade long infertility journey with 3 losses, it is clear that the turning point of our story started with Dr Jubiz.
As a healthcare provider I remember reading through Dr Jubiz comments with a hint of skepticism, reading his publications with a hint of pessimism and thinking this is just another “Expert” with a scheme to offer. BUT looking at our baby after only one cycle of Dr Jubiz treatment leaves me in absolute awe and gratitude. Not only was his expert care efficacious, but his means and methods compassionate and thoughtful. The moment that pregnancy test turned positive, he took over the care of “my baby” and today she is here and perfect.
I could write books more but I am only echoing the summation of the comments below. If I could give 6 stars, I’d argue for seven.
After experiencing four heartbreaking pregnancy losses, we found Dr. Jubiz who listened with compassion, took my concerns seriously.
